Experienced Project Leader, Interiors
You make sure our projects turn out on site as well as they were conceived on paper. You keep the overview, guard the quality and make sure everyone knows what needs doing: right in the thick of it, not behind a desk.
What you'll do
As project leader you're the point of contact on site from order to handover. Your work includes:
- Monitoring the planning and progress of your projects
- Coordinating the work on site
- Directing installation crews and external parties
- Checking quality and finish and spotting bottlenecks early
- Coordinating with project management, work planning and production
- Keeping in touch with clients, contractors and architects
- Handling handover and aftercare properly
You spend a lot of time on site, but are also regularly at our office and workshop in Lisserbroek.
What you bring
We're looking for an experienced project leader who brings calm to the site and prevents problems before they arise.
- At least five years of experience as a project leader or site manager in interior construction, fit-out or construction
- Experience directing and coordinating several parties
- Knowledge of installation processes and site safety
- Intermediate to higher vocational level
- Communicatively and organisationally strong
- Driving licence B
Nice to have
- Experience in interior construction
- VCA-VOL
- Experience with Proteus or similar software
