Our terms of delivery apply to agreements under which Hemlock carries out work, delivers projects, supplies products or provides services, insofar as these terms have been declared applicable to the agreement concerned.
Our terms of purchase apply to agreements under which Hemlock purchases goods, services or work from suppliers and subcontractors, insofar as these terms have been declared applicable to the agreement concerned.

Projects, sales and delivery
Hemlock International B.V. is the organisation from which our projects are contracted and carried out. For our clients, Hemlock International B.V. is generally the contracting party and main contractor for the delivery of projects.

Central purchasing organisation
Hemlock SSC B.V. handles central purchasing within Hemlock. Among other things, this organisation enters into agreements with suppliers and other purchasing partners and carries out central support processes.
