Bolenius Rembrandtpark
Bespoke work for a Michelin-starred restaurant where gastronomy, interior and nature flow into one another.
Summary
For Bolenius Rembrandtpark in Amsterdam, we made the bespoke furniture for the new restaurant pavilion on the Rembrandtpark. A light, calm hospitality setting where natural materials, warm colours and the view of park and water come together.

Project
Bolenius moved to a new glass pavilion on the water at Rembrandt Park One, part of the large-scale transformation of the former Ringpark building and entirely focused on the surrounding park: large glass façades let inside and outside almost merge into one. For this location, we made the serving buffets, the cladding of the stairs and the large wine climate cabinet, which doubles as a room divider.

Approach
The HofmanDujardin design closely follows chef Luc Kusters’ vision: pure, local and in balance with nature. That idea returns in the calm atmosphere, natural materials and warm colours of the interior.
Our bespoke work is part of that overall experience and is tailored to both the look and the day-to-day use of the restaurant.
Detail
It is the combination of interior and surroundings that makes Bolenius special. From almost the entire space there is a view of the greenery and water of the Rembrandtpark, while the interior, with warm materials and understated bespoke work, forms a calm backdrop to the restaurant experience.
