Summary
For the renewed KLM ICA Crown Lounge at Schiphol, we delivered a large part of the specialist bespoke interior. In a setting where experience, quality and intensive daily use come together, we helped create a lounge that is a destination in its own right for international travellers.

Project
Between the E and F piers at Schiphol, KLM opened its completely renewed non-Schengen Crown Lounge. We worked on the specialist bespoke interior within the various lounge areas, where functionality, hospitality and distinctive Dutch design come together.
Approach
The interior design by concrete consists of different worlds, each with its own atmosphere, materials and function. For us, that meant many different bespoke elements, a high standard of finish and close coordination with the other parties within a large and technically complex airport project.
Detail
From bars and distinctive interior features to bespoke work that blends completely into the design: it is in the detailing that this project comes to life. Materials, shapes and finishes alternate and together form one recognisable KLM environment.
