Our machine shop: from panel to part.
In our machine shop in Lisserbroek, we use a high-end HOMAG machine park to produce precise panel parts for our own interiors and for external clients. Because it is linked directly to our engineering, we work fast, efficiently and flexibly. From our own joinery to worldwide delivery by container.
01. Engineering & optimisation
From our engineering department, we translate a wide range of drawing and file formats into precise machine operations. With smart panel optimisation, we work on average 20% more efficiently than the industry average and keep material waste to a minimum.
02. Panel store
Our robotised panel store knows exactly where each panel is and which client it belongs to. From solid surface and textured decors to bendable panels. Every day we pre-sort everything, so production can start at full speed straight away.
03. Panel saw
From large panels to the smallest parts: our panel saw cuts and grooves quickly, precisely and with minimal material loss. Usable offcuts go back into the store, to be reused or returned to the client.
04. Nesting CNC
On our nesting CNC we mill parts in almost any shape, straight from the panel. From complex contours and recesses to precise drilling and milling for every kind of furniture joint.
05. Edge finishing
Our edgebander finishes panels up to 100 mm thick with precision. From clean edges to complex finishing such as grooves, rebates and mitres. For a high-quality finish, down to the smallest detail.
06. Cups CNC
On our Cups CNC we carry out additional drilling, milling and recesses. On the sides too, and in places our other machines can’t easily reach.
07. Finishing
On our sliding table saws we take care of the final operations. From razor-sharp mitres to cutting even the smallest parts to size.
08. Quality control
During and after production we carry out random quality checks. We check dimensions and finish, so parts meet the agreed quality requirements.
09. Logistics
We deliver parts carefully packed on pallets, skids, trolleys or in containers. Through our regular logistics partners we can also arrange transport worldwide.
MACHINING FOR THE TRADE
From a single piece to full line production.
Our machine shop is set up for both one-off production (batch size 1) and full line production. We make a single bespoke part as precisely as a series of hundreds.
We supply other interior builders, carry out (partial) assembly and deliver complete packages to our own joinery. So we know exactly what it takes to deliver the right package.
